Nokia Icon / Stuck on Splash Screen Build 15031 - Microsoft Community


although current insider build did resolve on 1 of lumia icons...... other one, not much!

the other stuck on windows / splash, gets past verizon splash, sits there.

tried reset (power/vol down) free it, boots , sits.

did past "stuck" update screen , downloaded , seemed install build no issue..............

any phone unstuck helpful or i'm doomed use recovery utility.

if these steps not work – tried already, did understand correctly? – not aware of other solution recovery tool…
