every project or export named 'new story - copy *** ' no way of changing name (other renaming exported file). time to, say, new story _ copy 213, need search find previous story. create small story , use 'egypt' in text title. use egypt search word

you can search files in photos app in windows using file name, location of file created, , date , time when file created. if want search specific file using word egypt, suggest rename it.
