Problem with Lumia 530 and a specific phone number - Microsoft Community


hello everyone, seem having weird problem nokia lumia 530. couple of days ago, started having weird issue. whenever specific number tries call me gets busy tone, doesn't happen every time of times call not through. happens specific number, else can call me fine. have tried factory reset twice , still same problem, switched phones , problem gone. tried see if have accidentally changed blocking options haven't, had wouldn't happen of times always. not sure problem might be, appreciated. thank in advance help.

delete contact both  phone & ms account, [(sync) texts revert phone number.]

ask contact call should come through add contact details around contact number filter through update text

and response  "i tried calling 5 times, 3 times worked , 2 times didn't work"  ????
