"We weren't able to start your app" error 0x80070057 - Microsoft Community


when attempt log in using local user account subject message.  starting occurring after update version 1703 os build 16215.1000 windows 10.  can log in using microsoft account.  nothing in event log.  found 1 suggestion dism , sfc.  not run successfully.

i installed next update , resolved problem.  don't know real issue.
