Windows 10 Mobile; Crashes; Repair Team - Microsoft Community

hello microsoft,

i avid cellphone collector.  many of phones android, 3 microsoft.  2x nokia 1520's (amazing units) , 1 nokia 520 (very nice phone, replaceable rear covers in various colors).  i love windows phones.  one 1520, returned windows 8 mobile because of crashes.  my flagship, red nokia 1520, have windows 10 on.  sadly crashes continuously programs.  microsoft solitaire never gets play screen.  it tries start x-box (for reason, important), , tries go sign in screen, hidden behind startup screen.  then appears go game, diverts , starts gaming store let know , show you can buy payware version of game, crashes , blocks other screens.  so have several things booting up, blocking each other, wooosh, main start screen.  i have tried many times in row, , gets quicker because things loaded in memory, doesnt there.  i ended deleting , getting privateer version of game on store.

a couple of other programs crash also.

windows 8 seems run nicely.

i wonder..  being been out long, , problems persist, , possibilities os has, possible hire on firm or company repair os make can be?  its amazing os.  it seems team cannot repaired.  the bugs seem increase instead of going away.  it should work apple os.  its future, 2017, , ms has been making os' many many years.  a mobile os 'simple' liteweight version of os.  it should running amazingly.  but sadly, not.

ask you, implore you, not abandon great os, see through being golden child, windows 7 desktops.  make windows 10 (or next version) amazing, great, powerful, fast, solid, bug-free os.....  think of it....  just think how cool if running awesome...   reports coming in, phone firms requesting use on flagships, no more pausing, coughing, crashing...   fast running lamborghini of os.....

kind regards,

bill ortis
