winphone 640XL problem with new update - Microsoft Community


hello again.i installed new major update windows phones , things bad..edge stuck lot,reloads randomly web pages , have close phone , open again.in addition touch won't work anymore , drop down fast menu(with bluetooth,wifi , other configurations) disappeared no reason..my phone has stability issues  , i'm tired of this..it's sad next phone android based sure..i tried positive can't configure fast wifi ,can't see mails,can't cast tv.

i have close phone , open again.
mean – mean have restart phone? touch issues not sound good. did consider reset phone via apps » settings » (system ») » reset phone?
