Zeus Virus "computer blocked" - Microsoft Community
it's common scam. click ok button @ bottom of popup. should see box not allow site create new messages. check , close window.
if not resolve it, use task manager exit browser. reboot , see if pop-up goes away.
if problem persists, browser:
remove tech support scam pop-up (call support scam)
