recently downloaded audiotica , tried use ita search feature , it says happened while searching artists/songs/albums. do now?

if still saying try soft reset turn phone on press , hold volume down , power buttons until vibrates release them , restart don't touch screen until restarts if doesn't try uninstalling , reinstall let know how go or if need more rgds roy
