since build 16170 2 important programmes stopped working giving me errors error 'creating windows handle' or 'objectwindows exceptions'. these 2 old .net 2 sql clients unfortunately custom made...

hi, 

 

 

there lot of possibilities error occur. isolate matter, have questions you: 

 

  1. aside update, there changes made before issue occurred? 

  2. have tried updating drivers? 

  3. what troubleshooting steps have done far?
