I need to retrieve contacts from sd card - Microsoft Community


i upgraded lumia 640xl windows 10. lost contacts, messages, blocked numbers , won't let me access email. keeps accepting information outlook account , says has accepted it, keeps wanting add accounts instead of letting me go forward. have contacts backed on sd card. can retrieve them it? last microsoft device i'll ever buy!!!! customer service non-existent!!!!!!!!
