Lumia 640xl have no sound in the earpiece during the call - Microsoft Community


having lumia 640xl yesterday  i having problem mobile during can't hear voice of caller on earpiece of mobile while speaker , headphone works normally. in past time problem solved restarting mobile multiple time time problem not solved restarting , resetting mobile. 1 have solution tell me

if restarting , resetting didn't resolve earpiece issue on lumia 640 xl, suggest use windows device recovery tool. install latest version of windows approved phone , remove else, including apps, games, texts, call history, music, , photos. creating backup is must avoid data loss.
