lumia 650 bluetooth issues - Microsoft Community

just got lumia 650 windows phone , i'm having trouble connecting bluetooth devices.

my phone shows "accessory" multiple time when turn on bluetooth instead of device name , when tap of accessory pair says pairing , couldn't connect. doing wrong or else having problem? every other phone or device i've owned show device name when turn on bluetooth

check if accessory's bluetooth compatible phones bluetooth. complete bluetooth profiles, see full page here.

here steps follow when troubleshooting bluetooth connection:

• bluetooth may turned off on either lumia 650 or other bluetooth device. sure bluetooth enabled on both devices.

note: bluetooth communication range devices, including lumia 650, 30 feet. sure phone , accessory in range.

• perform soft reset, deletes temporary files may causing issue.
• remove pairing , re-pair bluetooth device.

1. remove pairing

• swipe down top of screen access action center.
• tap all settings.
• scroll , tap bluetooth.
• tap , hold paired bluetooth device.
• tap delete.

2. restart lumia 650 holding power button , volume down button simultaneously 10 seconds until phone vibrates.

3. re-pair bluetooth device.
