Microsoft Edge not working, Internet Explorer works fine - Microsoft Community

my microsoft edge displays error

'hmm can't reach page'

chrome not working, internet explorer works okay.

this means any downloads , microsoft office updates won't work, and microsoft office isn't working.

i have tried change default browser to internet explorer, doesn't work. (nothing changes when i click ie)

any solutions appreciated

to further address issue, kindly respond following questions:

1. have done significant changes prior issue?
2. is device up-to-date? if not, kindly update device.

you may check updates following these steps:

1. select the start button, , go settings.
2. click update & security, windows update.
3. select check updates.

if windows update says pc date, have updates available.

keep updated.
