2nd windows phone , both have same problem... not charging 630 , 650. same problem , had phones 1yr  ?

to assist concern, please answer following questions:

  • when did issue begin?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • have made changes on phone prior issue?
  • have tried using different charger?
