On normal startup (doesn't happen in Safe Mode) IE freezes - Microsoft Community


hey guys having problem internet explorer windows 7 , on normal mode freezing entire system upon lunch , on safe mode network works , anti virus , anti spyware , windows defender not detect issues

issue due internet explorer corruption. proper isolation, kindly answer queries below:

  • did encounter error messages?
  • any recent changes made on computer prior issue?
  • have tried performing clean boot eliminate software conflicts?
  • have tried running system file checker check file corruption?
