Restart error - Microsoft Community


hi, use microsoft lumia 535 windows 10. working till mid morning when shut down , restarted on own. during reboot, begins reboot process again on own , process repeats again , again. have removed battery , when put phone powers self on without me pressing power button. have tried hard reset phone reboots before can complete hard reset process. please

issue happens when phone software not updated. since can't access phone settings update phone software, suggest perform hard reset through hardware buttons. reset phone settings default. click reset phone on how to.

please advised phone wiped out when perform hard reset. hope able phone before issue happened.
