Unable to rearrange my favourites in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community


have read post re: dragging favourite new position , needing drop when black bar appears between items.  problem cannot black bar appear when dragging item , forth across other fvourites.  frustrating  - has black bar gone????

we need know more issue. please answer following:

  • have tried dragging items in between favorites bar?
  • when did first encounter issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • do use internet explorer 11?

please respond can assist further.
