where report issues discovered using prerelease of win10?  installed prerelease of win 10 , want report 2 possible issues.

1.  when plugging in ear bud 1 time, screen options froze, couldn't adjust volume, couldn't open app either windows button nor clicking on windows icon. unplugged ear phone , cntrl, alt, delete, rebooted fix.

2. tried turn on pc morning, pressed on button, lit second going start lit went right ou, wasn't until unplugged power cord on button worked,
