hi ! upgraded liumia 830 in windows 10. didn't send mms group. how fix ? thank !

this issue may software related, given settings , issue occurred after the latest windows upgrade. resolve this, let's perform soft reset. method not remove @ phone, , safe attempt in situation.

perform soft reset:
1. make sure phone turned on.
2. press , hold volume down , power button until phone vibrates , restarts.

take note should not touch device screen during process (not when 'slide down power off' prompt appears).

after performing soft reset, try check if issue persists.
