Windows 10 upgrade from 7 stuck at 93% - Microsoft Community


joined windows insider last night , upgraded dell xps m1210 laptop windows 7. since last night been stuck @ 93%. should do? tried turn off laptop , doesn't. contacted microsoft directly , got told since upgrade windows insider program needed make contact here don't give support program. 

if have antivirus app running in win 7 os might have let go win 7 , download antivirus application removal tool downloaded original av app remove av.

then try install win 10 once again.
