i'm still losing contacts on lumia 640. think every time automatic upgrade. how prevent this?

  • which operating system (os) build using? check, go settings > system > about > more info.
  • have backed stuff prior updates? if yes, have tried check on outlook account contacts? check, log in outlook.com >  menu > people > your contacts.
