please me here.

my xbox video went offline , can't bring online.

without reset because don't want loose data, how can xbox music,tv , video come online can stream movies. thank you.

make sure phone , apps up-to-date. soft reset(vol. down + power ~10 sec. until phone vibrates , restarts).
