i having trouble explorer since did system reset. connects internet seems unable connect or read sites among them microsoft.com , google. diagnostics can't find issue. starting mad @ this. is me?  cannot send , receive txt messages after updating build 15014 , 10525 on mobile 950xl. i have taken current device recovery , applied both updates again.  seems ok @ first, after adding account , adding outlook accounts, of there 3 active sync types, sms stops responding.  if send text appears in conversation, no timestamp, hasn't been sent.  if reboot, txt sent when os restarts , process goes on. i don't receive txt messages either, unless after restart. it seemed alright until outlook setup, because other account settings have updated in background, money on outlook. has else seen type of problem? had same issue on lumia 650. doing hard reset on phone fixed it. looks upgrade broke it. doing reset instead of recovery fixed it me.
