i have laptop has been used innumerable insider preview builds , updates stuck on 15025. update gets "restart" begins , percentage inncreases 100% , actual restart happens rolls 15025(this cycle has repeated 4 times). i have desptop pc has insider preview build 15031 installed downloading 15042 stuck @ 56%  , has not moved on 2 hours , still there. what do now? okay in case of desktop stuck @ 56% please stay there . although stuck downloading continues in background nothing except keeping patience.also can know whether updates being downloaded or not please ensure still connected internet. if yes may disconnect , reconnect again.don't worry update auto pause when not connected , resumed once connected internet to know whether updates downloaded or not do  following steps: 1. please head on settings 2.click system 3.then click storage 4. see list of hard drive partitions .for ex...
