i'm having problem last release of insider preview build, build 15002.1001. every time restart or shut down computer desktop icons reset. happens when restart or shut down system. not happen when refresh desktop. in addition moving icons sluggish. move , ghost new location 3-5 seconds before moving. when moving multiple icons take more 1 column rather continuing vertically go horizontal bottom of screen.  if delete hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\shell\bag , hkey_current_user\software\microsoft\windows\shell\bagmru , create empty bag , bagmru keys solves moving issues, however, reset again restart or shut down system. i know build had desktop icon placement , scaling improvements made. if improvements please unimprove them? please post in feedback. have tried installing both boinc 7.6.33 , libreoffice 5.2.5.1 on build 15019 installer stalls while registering fonts both apps. hitting cancel button not stop installation , system not restart; way out hard reset. after boinc installation failed, installer told me needed undo boinc installation complete libreoffice installation installer stalled again @ same spot. hello, to isolate concern, may know if able install same app on previous build? if yes, have tried going previous version of windows 10? for steps on how go previous version of windows, please refer link . after going previous build, may leave feedback issue encountered on build 15019 using windows feedback . we'll waiting response. hi team, recently ran across 1 strange situation. have 4 our phones (and 3 of same model, lumia 950, last 1 verizon-branded lumia 735 updated win10). phones on latest os (anniversary update, build 14393). phones in developer mode. phones configured install apps device memory, not sd card. symptoms: 2 950 lumias can install dev builds of our uwp app successfully. 1 950 lumia , 735 lumia refuse so. ways of app distribution tried same negative result: 1) manual copying .appxbundle or .appx phone (then tap "install" , nothing happens on 2 of 4 phones) 2) distributing via hockeyapp (then tap "install" , nothing happens on 2 of 4 phones) 3) installation via web interface of device portal. on 2 phones, receive error   a) in case install app itself       failed start deployment. failure text: package failed updates, dependency or conflict validation.(0x80073cf3)   b)  in case install app , 2 arm dependencies (microsoft.n
