i had been using tfa particular website years. website says requires google authenticator app, app not available on mobile device. years, able use codes microsoft authenticator, run on mobile device. at point, screen on mobile device shattered , got replacement device , did backup , restore. today, learned backup , restore not restore microsoft authenticator accounts , instead system exceptions on failing totp code. luckily, had emergency codes written on piece of paper , able log website. once there, generated qr code set tfa again, though microsoft authenticator code added account , generated 30 second codes, particular website rejected them "your verification code incorrect". can not set tfa microsoft authenticator! i installed google authenticator on android device , noticed codes 1 series ahead. is, once google authenticator code expires, becomes microsoft authenticator code. tried authenticate fast after code became visible on

i trying find out how edit , adjust pictures in windows 10 mobile. comparing mobile app side-by-side windows 10 microsoft photos app computer, date. using alcatel idol 4s windows 10 mobile, , surface 3, also with windows 10. in computer app, there button along top of photo labeled "edit", , when click it, get options such as "crop , rotate", "enhance", , "adjust". on mobile build microsoft photos app, same "edit" button exist, same icon. however, same options not available beyond point in mobile app; can only crop, enhance or rotate photo. let me "adjust" removing red eye, changing color, adding filter or vignette. overall microsoft has done pretty job of creating cross-platform experience, lack of basic editing features on mobile photos app frankly underwhelming. i recommend major update photos app windows 10 mobile, adding existent features of computer version.

hello manohar i have formatted sd card 5 time .i have change 3 time sd card ,but lumia 532 not detect memory card .i have reset phone hard , soft reset done many time same problem going on .so please me out problem    make sure of following: you have fast  4–200gb microsd  (lumia windows phone 8:  4-128gb microsd ) memory card well-known manufacturer. your memory card not full (there should @ least 50 mb of free memory on card). your memory card not password protected. check if memory card password protected, connect pc usb reader has microsd card slot. if card cannot accessed, password protected. remove password memory card using device used. memory card not working expected if memory card has thousands of media items, file system scan may consume considerable amounts of phone processing power when running in background. if think issue, go to  settings  >  system  >  storage , tap on the  sd card (d:)

my galaxy s6 wouldn't power on , did of vol. power, home buttons ect.... got power on , under strange circumstances. have keep charging cable plugged in, though says have 100% of battery, , power on , off continuously. if hold vol. after powered stay on , act normal  phone, long hold vol. button. can make calls, set wifi , else. let go of vol. button shuts off, or unplug charging cable shuts off. makes hard use since have 1 arm. lol.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           p.s. when got stay on first time did factory reset , ran in safe mode , same results. please me i'm @ wit's end. @ appreciated. thank you.  you asking @ microsoft support community, not android/go

i keep getting error every time attempt download app or else windows store.  keeps saying check internet connection connected , functioning fine.  have run trouble shooter windows store , problem found que saying windows store cache may damaged   - not fixed. i have reset windows store no change in problem hi steve, to resolve issue, suggest clear windows store cache. clear, follow steps below: press windows key + r open run dialog. type wsreset.exe , , click ok . the store open, , state following: the cache store cleared. can browse store apps. if issue persists, let's clear files related windows store. follow steps below: click start . on search bar, type services , , click on services from results. the list of services appear. windows update on list, right-click on it, , click stop . open file explorer . navigate c:\windows folder . look softwaredistribution folder, right-click o

sometimes, took photos , of them disliked , deleted them photos app on windows mobile. when want send new photo via whatsapp, deleted photos still show there in camera roll folders. searched photos on file explorer , not there. same files app. deleted temporary files. tried same path see might cause it's not happens. restored phone see if photos would show again , didn't. concluded problem solved still happens new photos delete. it's annoying because when want send photos via whatsapp have search photos between several photos deleted. is there new way solve problem good? because, suggestion on internet didn't help. hi willian, this might problem app. suggest tried uninstalling , reinstalling app , check if issue persists. let know how works out. regards. i on phone when froze, audio kept going. hit start button few times, didn't work, , , search buttons on bottom of phone weren't working either turned off using power button. when turned on, screen looked picture (that isn't phone, screen looks that). tried doing reset 3 buttons , shutting down, neither of worked. please help! hello, if lumia 920 not responding should after restarting device, recommend try , restore using windows device recovery tool . important : using said tool delete data stored in phone. if have backed phone before, can restore of data included in backup. let know how goes.
