hello, i have 2 upgraded windows 10 laptops, 1 windows 8.1 pro , other windows 7 pro. put sync settings "on," noticed -- after opening other laptop, use infrequently -- favorites lists on each laptop, in addition to my 2 favorites bars, not in sync each other. i sync them, want make sure i'm syncing often-used pc 1 use maybe once year, not other way around. use internet explorer 11, not windows edge. does have suggestion? thanks the second option (import/export favorites .htm file) provided in previous reply more useful @ moment. simply, export favorites in pc 1 , import pc 2. once you've confirmed both laptops have same favorites, can proceed syncing both devices. hi microsoft, i disappointed recent performance of windows phone [lumia 950xl]. phone gets shutdown on own , doesn't started  even on pressing of power button. in order switch on have remove , reinsert battery. after last update device has become highly unstable apart hard/soft reset if microsoft has suggestion pls pls let me know. apart abnormal shutdown of device had raised few questions earlier received answer formatting . i request microsoft release patch fix these problems. pls let me know if more info required end please me in getting issue resolved. hi shashank, better assist phone issue, please answer following questions: which os build version running on phone? check, go settings> system> about> more info . have tried hard reset? regards. i have has phone 2 years , has been working till when search button stopped working, , start buttons work 40% of time it's worse because button not responding , start button responds after many attempts. will highly appreciate help. that ideal visit repair shop. however, have tried using  windows device recovery tool on windows pc? lumia device updated? this process used rule out software concerns , remove stored on phone, make sure check backup files, apps , settings. better , less hassle if can issue resolved without taking phone somewhere else. if else fails, can bring device local repair shop have device checked. feel free post if have other queries.
