so on 15063 on test laptop (hp probook 4545s), , unable use webcam in skype in video call. has happened on build, , 1 previous 1 recently. way got working again newer build last time.  issues: open call, turn on webcam, button can pressed on skype not (no preview shows up). webcam button becomes unresponsive, , other buttons on call well. can still see , hear caller. can't hang call using red button.  selecting options in skype freezes program while in call. image of caller still there, freeze. audio fine both ways still. have close skype in processes.  the webcam works on other programs, including camera , hangouts.  this on latest version of skype.  tried solutions: changing webcam driver - did see talk sonix driver hp webcam buggy (it take 3 tries come in skype) tried changing windows usb driver. still crashes. updated skype - no effect. only solution worked updating build. cannot remember 1 had problem though. within past mont

hello, have blu win hd lte (x150e) phone has developed an interesting issue. ever since installation of redstone builds (be insider preview, or official/public 14393.xxx) device not find newest cumulative build unless freshly restored through windows device recovery tool (wdrt). i.e. if device restored through wdrt default rom belonging device , update enabled through upgrade advisor app w10m updates newest 14393 build available @ time, when cumulative update released device not find update , says it's date when not. soft/hard resets not make difference, , way phone date repeat wdrt process each time new cumulative update released. issue has been upvoted in feedback hub, since rs1 insider builds has not been resolved (from available on internet, supposedly users of blu win hd lte x150e/x150q affected issue). know whether possible resolve issue? same issue blu win jr lte (x130e).

really irritating! using virtualbox installation installation of windows 10 insider preview builds , not register installs. running windows 10 pro x64 on laptop of latest patches etc.  created virtual install of windows 10 , registered insider using fast setting receive future insider builds.  when checking settings etc shows not registered , have used several registration id's of valid installs register product without success. my  laptop asus , came win 8 original oem os.  advanced os's using normal progression win 10 home , purchased win10 upgrade pro using purchase upgrade @ $99.00.  have never purchased complete win10 pro download store. ready chuck whole insider preview opportunity , delete installation. any suggestions? yes that's right. need have licence key activate preview version. real problems update on surface book. out yesterday , saw update available thought minor pc said restart needed , big update few days ago. running on battery , didn't think new builds updated unless on mains power. anyway completed have big problem touch screen, track pad, mouse not working apart basic keyboard hot key's i'm stuffed.  had power using power , volume buttons out , can't recovery modes.  any advice? downloading new recovery image in hope can sorted. cheers  update. no had wipe drive , reload windows 10. recent updates loaded ok pain.....
