whatsapp wasn't working properly. i uninstalled apps list can't reinstall because it's still showing in storage > device i can't move or uninstall there.  error code 0x8000000e. may have reset phone, thought i'd here first go storage>internal storage>apps & games>whatsapp>uninstall. know not uninstall on first attempt because happened me 2 times, on first time uninstalling talking angela because not working , on second time uninstalling candy crush soda saga create disk space. please tap uninstall  and leave phone @ least 20 minutes without closing storage app , make sure allow screen turn off when screen time outs. after 20 minutes unlock phone , check if whatsapp still there if still there long press button , cut storage , open again , check if whatsapp if still there or not... hope not there.......... let updated results.... hi, i have had lumia 950 year , have been happy it. however, started encountering issue phone work if plugged in. after using windows device recovery tool, problem changed slightly; phone worked fine long plugged in when booted. still under warrantly, sent off, have returned b2x having not been able find issue. however, when returned (it of course on factory reset) seemed work fine 2 days, issue came back. sound battery fault, there software bug, or phone have hardware issue? thanks, -matthew it battery issue if phone works when charging. isolate issue, need try using battery. since you've mentioned phone still under warranty, best contact re-seller of phone or bring store battery replacement. please don't hesitate ask community if need more help. can charge ordinary micro usb cable usb-c first of all, there ton of out-of-spec a-to-c cables , adapters out there, wouldn't buy generic. secondly, in-spec microusb a-to-c adapter, there's issues data. work fine charge (slower native c charger of course), windows (8.1) either gives error device isn't recognized, or port requires more power device can give. cable included device doesn't that. but third , finally, native usb-c charger can deliver 3a of power, adapter you're limited slower charging speeds (officially 1.5a, 2a) Mobile Devices / Microsoft Lumia and Nokia Lumia / 900-series
