hi forum.  in looking @ ratings of apps in attached image noticed there discrepancy between stars shown , actual ratings.  in image, adguard adblocker shows value greater 4.5 , pinterest save button shows value greater 3 ( little bit of 4th star colored blue ) yet rating of respective apps 4.5 & 2.9.  of june 19, 2017.  interestingly when click on app , @ stars within app shown accurately.  faulty algorithm on summary pages, attempt make apps better, or else ?   on same image adblock, first app, has rating of 4 stars, upon clicking adblock app rating looks barely above 3 stars ( see attached ). when tapping on cortana, goes directly enter microsoft password.  old email in username.  have deleted old email on line , added new one.  when enter password old email goes enter microsoft password.  working fine until couple of months ago.   hi wendy, since you've deleted old email on account online, have set again register new email on phone. issue resolved performing hard reset on phone. it will bring phone factory settings, same state when device first turned on. we suggest use , check if issue persists. please back stuff avoid data loss. let know how works out. regards. morning phone lumia 925 frozen. tried soft reset pressing power button , volume down. phone did not start. plugged wall charger battery charged. phone not turning on.  hi, we suggest perform hard reset.  if phone unresponsive , can't reach settings , may able reset phone using hardware buttons: press , hold v olume down and power buttons @ same time until feel vibration (about 10–15 seconds). when feel vibration, release buttons, , press , hold volume down button until see large exclamation mark. once exclamation mark appears, press following 4 buttons in order: volume up , volume down , power , volume down . phone should reset , restart itself. (it might take while reset finish.) if hard reset didn't work, suggest use windows device recovery tool . start downloading , installing  windows device recovery tool (for windows 10, 8.x , 7). when installation has finished, start app
