hello, i have strange issue on build 15014. when try update build 15019, download completes fine, "preparing install" progress fine. told restart computer complete installation. however, clicking on "restart" in windows update panel or "update , restart" start menu restarts computer without installing anything. similarly, "update , shut down" start menu shuts down computer without doing anything. after restarting, clicking on "checks updates" prompts "downloading" , "preparing install" again, have restart , cycle repeats. had problem on previous build, after few restarts, installed. doesn't seem occur here. i had similar issue. went hidden folder $windows.-~bt , deleted files. couple of hours redownloaded , installed properly. worked me. this night, using paint3d, , decided play around "3d text" feature. first, used languages with the latin alphabet, worked fine, then decided delve deeper feature, , i started making text in russian, greek, arabic, assamese, , chinese (traditional). i made several screenshots, , in each language i wrote word "hello" in language (except assamese, couldn't find on translator or google translate). in screenshots, there's before , after. before stage when i'm typing , after is stage in which it transforms 3d. take look. chinese: greek: russian: assamese: arabic: look closely @ befores , afters of assamese , arabic. both of these languages have letters connect, , i'm guessing if i another language has connecting-language alphabet, you'd problem. point is, there's some kind of bug that's stopping connecting-letter alphabets appearing properly. d

my lumia 640 keeps wanting download , install new insider preview upgrade, complains need free space.  (i wish use of plentiful space on sd card, never happen.)  1 space hog onedrive, taking on 500 mb.  tried deleting large video on onedrive (including going recycling , deleting it) -- did not free room.  phone won't let me delete onedrive app, sign out of account on onedrive, still taking on 500 mb.  how can onedrive take less space on phone? i tried windows 10 via upgrade advisor , tried go windows 8.  the available version of windows device recovery tool loaded version of windows 8 never used guess part of upgrade path. my phone bricked.  i cannot log in microsoft account , therefore no store apps can updated, nor new ones loaded. there host of login problems version 8.1 due system date/time.  i used every "fix" find still message "can't connect."  system date/time correct.  i've set them manually, automatically, correct connection not go through.  i've changed internet connection across several different working sim cards , 2 different wifi networks not network problem. there has never been reset protection in place, although device did register on account windows 10 device.  i removed account once flashed windows 8 device. is there secret, server-side issue no 1 cares since windows phone 8.1 login occasional occurrence @ point? i lost day of l
