i've been running insider builds on lumia many months until last 2-3 months when installed 10.0.14951.1000.  i started having tons of problems updating apps so did hard reset.   the os completed install , started reloading apps since cannot load os updates , "your microsoft account requires attention insider preview builds" error. i go insider settings , on "get insider preview builds" screen, doesn't show account linked click option "fix me" , prompt "hey! insider?" , select sign in.    i'm prompted account use use microsoft account used sign insider program, app goes previous screen insider preview builds , still no account associated.  i click , button link microsoft account , same thing happens. so do next?  i don't want arbitrarily hard reset since how got predicament.  any ideas next?   why can't associate account longer?  i've tested account on computer , can l

having lumia 640xl windows phone 10 installed. not able install latest windows update due low storage space. os occupies 5.6gb space , have moved of apps sd card except few system apps cannot moved. mail , messaging app occupies 600mb. deleted sms , removed mail account there no increase in space. 751mb being shown under temporary files update , preview builds. dont see option clear it. overall left around 200mb space , windows update needs 430mb finish downloading. struck now. do? facing issue. looks device 8gb internal memory useless windows. work around using sd card come out issue?  no there no way install updates on sd card. have tried resetting device?
