i have lumia 640 xl lte windows 10. i store music files on 16 gb sd card save space in 8 gb internal phone memory. , store apps, music, pictures, videos, downloads in sd card , save location has been set sd card. recently copied 3 gb of music in sd card , while looking around storage app, realized internal memory of phone has decreased alarmingly, leaving around 800 mb space left 7.28 gb. i cannot pinpoint whether space being taken under "system & reserved" (3.47 gb) or "apps & games" (2.08 gb) because 2 space occupying categories.  however after connecting phone via usb cord computer portable device, looked phone memory found of folder empty under "music" there 4 hidden folders: "album", "artist", "playlist" & "podcast". both "album" & "artist"  folders have music files same music files in sd card, no identification markers type of file gi

hi, i have 3 phones refusing sync, same error code. 2 of them lumia 950 xl running on same account and 1 lumia 650 running on separete account. have tried set date , time manually tried various suggested server adresses. according status.live.com should fine. cannot access outlook.com och live.com computers @ all. computers using same account 950s. any other suggestions on might try? getting quite frustrated since seems problem has been around quite time... i had complete failure of windows 10 os last week , decided complete 'clean' installation.  i tried various old copies of insider reviews none work.  i tried downloading latest insider using win 10 (home version) tablet pc.  it not download there installation errors though downloaded programme several times. i found old copy of version 1511 loaded onto external drive after disconnecting internal drives.  i had downloaded latest insider review working pc find 'activation' issue.  upon checking installed version, find installation downgraded 'home edition single language' when have been running 'pro' versions previously. as activated, no longer have access troubleshooting change version.  can help? here link explaining why , how correct issue if computer had digital license windows 10 pro. how select pro edition while installing windows 10 i created own ei.cfg using notepa
