community, i having problem playing music , video on lumia 1520. music , video apps showing serious errors. see attachments. is there phone update or solution solve error? media shown on phone, play show error. if apps deleted inside, when click shortcut nothing show it. disgusting. i downloaded quickplay check whether videos ok , plays well. app not main system app.  this error had been showing everytime tried play. please help!!   hi frank, have check phone updates available? regards. how can camera work again if soft reset didn't work, suggest perform hard reset instead. hard reset bring phone factory settings, same state when device first turned on. you can reset phone under settings: system  > > reset phone. make sure of files before performing hard reset. go system > update , security > backup >more options > now. let know results. regards. this continuing problem since windows phone 8.1 apparently still not fixed. i have 1 people app tile not stay on start screen , every time restart  phone disappears.  others not have problem 1 set tile on start screen. this aggravating because quick access call them when need to.  this basic windows phone functionality , don't know why never gets fixed.? soft reset doesn't work , doesn't work numerous other problems. what did work, , took me countless times of trying different things, put tile , shut phone off.  in past put tile , leave phone on. disappear after screen lock or after restarting. something shutting down made safe tile grid settings. knows why did it.
