after update store version 11703, error  0x80131500.  i'm in release preview ring i reinstall creators update , default version 11701, same other non-insider machine. after update again error again (i test on new user without microsoft account, store work), non-insider machine not update 11703. i have store version 11701 on both insider (build 16179) , public (build 15063). checked updates , not see store version 11703. try finding store app in settings - apps. click on , choose link advanced options. try using reset button. also try running wsreset.exe , should auto-launch store after completes. hi, please need assistance. month noticed ' whatsapp ' won't open on phone. prior problem, no recent update downloaded, @ time problem started, using 10.0.150xxx series insider preview. did following solve problem: uninstall , reinstall app--- didn't work (soon found out other apps not working well) so did soft reset multiple times --- didn't work upgraded latest build available @ time --- no fix called microsoft line-- no fix performed hard reset couple of times. currently, phone runs 10.0.15063.2 downloaded 5days ago , still no fix. i have met few friends use wp , none has experienced such problem kinda feel singled out. please need responses helpful cuz problem causing serious friction. below list of apps have problem with: whatsapp  real football manager dictionary uc browser these few can remember now. let me add here apps behave in same way. stuck @ ' loading...' screen . thanks

question ms access 2010. have ms access database have developed use in 1 location each form, report , word document produced has name of location ie 'north region' either in form heading, report title or in reference in word document output vba within db. have deploy more instances of same database use in other locations need make each form, report etc reflect name of own location eg 'west region', south region' etc. i don't want have different version of database each location somehow parameterise location there minimal effort needed deploy update each location. thought of adding new 'location' table but, understanding, not available existing forms & reports based on existing tables or queries. any ideas welcome i'm sure there must simple way it. i'd inclined use location table, suggested, single (required) record containing location.  in various contexts within database

after clean windows 10 install dvd media went settings > update & security > windows insider program , opted fast ring builds.   i checked updates , downloaded fast ring update.   i informed reboot required complete install... seemed past 33% milestone , rather move high 74%.   when machine rebooted again, still in 15063 build of windows 10.   looking in update history shows fast ring update "failed install" date. there lot of issues installing build. type reliability history in cortana search , open reliability history see if there error code might explain specific error. edit: ok see in thread title now: 0xc0000409.
