i'm having issue text in windows controls dialogbox, listbox etc not showing up.  some of in applications wrote, , of happening in other applications such windows installer.  for example, launch msi file , opens empty windows installer window buttons buttons don't have text. i did clean install of build 15007 on different partition test , not have problem.  both systems using same nvidia driver i've ruled out.  all non-microsoft services have been disabled.  malwarebytes has scanned system , found no problems.  windows defender being used malware protection. i have list of processes running on working system (15007) , next step i'll try killing processes not on list on 15014 system see if text comes back. are there other troubleshooting steps should try before rolling earlier build? hello mark, to isolate concern, please answer these questions: did issue happen after update? do

hey guys, i having issues edge. when try download files, download txt files or downloads fail. can manually go in , change file extensions, ie .exe, make these files work. download .txt files first. my other issue edge trying browse html5 enabled websites. edge cannot handle html5 unless -inprivate browsing. again html5 works in edge, -inprivate browsing. other info: winbuild: 15063.332 edge: 40.15063.0.0 solutions tried: i have attempted sfc /scannow, no problems found. i have tried clear browser history , caches. edge says, "some data couldn't cleared. please try again." i have tried deleting edge , reinstalling appxpackage powershell. any insights appreciated. thank you! hello jon , we unable replicate concern download files using microsoft edge browser. able download files fine. try checking app updates. as concern viewing html5 enabled websites, send feedback usi

hi. i've windows lumia 640 lte 6.65gb used out of 7.28 , on sd card 4.85gb used out of 29.7. phone has updates available-windows 10 mobile (10.0.14393.1066) needs 701.60mb of space download. however, there no apps can move sd card, system & reserved 3.23gb, can't touched, , apps & games 3.39gb, won't let me move sd card, they're microsoft corp ones,apart 6, such messenger, whatsapp, skype etc. question is, how update when there no space can free up? gratefully received. thanks whatsapp conversations can backed sd card within app. can uninstall app temporarily. may able uninstall microsoft office apps word, excel , powerpoint. if makes enough space, can add after updating. whatsapp prompt restore backup during registration process.
